[NEWS] 110204 U-KISS Soohyun & Jang Young Ran Imitate the "Cappuccino Kiss" on MBC's "Star Dance Battle"

MBC held their Lunar special on the 3rd called “Star Dance Battle” where idols go head-to-head at dance competitions! The dance that really had netizens talking was U-KISS’ Soohyun’s parody of “I Need A Girl” featuring Jang Young Ran. Judging by the other idols reactions in the audience, they weren’t the only ones caught off-guard by this ‘sweet’ kiss.

These two did a direct reenactment from the drama ‘Secret Garden’ with Soohyun acting as Kim Ju Won and Young Ran as Gil Ra Im. In this ‘cappuccino kiss’ scene, Young Ran his helping Soohyun doing crunches as his face gets closer to hers. Young Ran takes a sip from her cappuccino then forcefully kisses him!

Other performers commented, “She will have give one million anti-fans as a gift,” … “Soohyun will immediately go to the army after this!”

[NEWS] 110203 Performances from the 2011 Star Dance Battle

In celebration of Lunar New Year, many of the television stations have been airing special episodes and shows. Tonight, the 2011 Star Dance Battle took place.

Round 2 was between T-ara and After School. Round 3 featured Hong Jin Young and Yoo Chae Young. The winner of round 3 was Yoo Chae Young. Round 4 was between Soohyun of U-Kiss & Jang Young Ran and Kim Gyung Jin. Round 5 was between Jewelry and Teen Top, and Jewelry came out victorious. Round 6 was between Dal Shabet and Han Groo, and Han Groo scored the win.

Round 7 featured none other than Z:EA and INFINITE, which ended in a tie. In round 8, Sistar defeated Rainbow with their powerful performance. SS501's Park Jungmin was no match for MBLAQ, who took the win for round 9. Girl groups 4minute and Miss A went up against each other in round 10, but Miss A walked away with the victory.

[NEWS] 110131 Stars shock with hot kiss performances at “2011 Star Dance Battle”!

Stars have been ceaselessly presenting kiss performances!

On MBC’s “2011 Star Dance Battle“, Park Jung Min and Han Groo, as well as U-Kiss’ Soohyun and Jang Young Ran, have revealed their own unique kiss performances.

Having comeback as a solo artist, SS501’s Park Jung Min performed a kiss scene in a musical style, proposing to Han Groo who had just visited a club. Right then, he performed the hot kiss scene which drew many jealous yells and applauses from the audience.

Han Groo (also known as ‘Apgujung’s UEE‘) danced to Kim Wan Sun, Uhm Jung Hwa, and BoA’s songs in an earlier stage, gaining attention from many male artists.

Another hot subject at the dance battle was the kiss performance between U-KISS’s Soohyun and Jang Young Ran performing to Taeyang’s “I Need A Girl“. They also parodied the famous ‘foam kiss’ from “Secret Garden“, and garnered a shocked audience from the audience.

Soohyun’s kiss with Jang Young Ran was also revealed to be the U-Kiss member’s first-ever kiss on TV, adding yet another element to the shock factor.
