[NEWS] 110429 Kim Hyung Jun and Kim Kibum celebrates Mother's Birthday
On April 28th, SS501’s Kim Hyung Jun shared a family photo of himself with younger brother Kibum as they celebrate their mother’s birthday.
He tweeted, “My mother, the woman I love and respect, and someone who deserves more than a lifetime’s worth of filial acts. Today is the day you receive blessings. Happy birthday. Please always be healthy, and by my side, I’ll always make you happy. I love you.”

[NEWS] 110429 U-Kiss’ Dongho has grown 8cm since his debut
U-Kiss’ maknae Dongho is going through quite the growth spurt, as it’s been recently revealed that he grew 8 cm (3.14 inches) since his debut.
His profile currently lists his height as 178 cm (5′9″), which is an 8 cm increase since he was last recorded at 170 cm (5′6″) three years ago at the beginning of U-Kiss’ debut.
Dongho explained, “At the time of my debut, I barely hit 170 cm. Because all of my hyungs were so tall, I actually had no choice but to add a bit more to my profile height and made it 173 cm. After each new album release, however, I began to grow bit by bit. I really grew to 173 cm between our promotions for ‘I’m Not Young‘ and ‘I Like You.’ Our company raised my profile height by 2 cm again, but by the time we were done promoting ‘Bingeul Bingeul‘, I was 175 cm. While preparing for ‘0330′, I checked my height and now I’m really 178 cm.”
He continued, “I’m working on both an acting and singing career now so it is a bit physically difficult, but I’m doing my best and learning a lot. I’ll make sure to show everyone my improvement and growth.”

Korean boy band, U-Kiss is back by popular demand!
Organized by Redstar Presents, event managed by Marctensia, U-Kiss, “Bran New Kiss” Album Showcase 2011 will be held at Dewan Wawasan, Level 4, Tower 1, Menara PGRM in Cheras on 10 June 2011 at 8pm. This event is expected to draw a huge crowd and public attraction after their debut trip in Malaysia last year.
Formed in 2008, U-Kiss has successfully built its name and gained popularity in a short span of time. Their amazing live performance has won themselves a great number of fans from all around the world. In 2010, U-Kiss has been awarded The Most Talented Boy Band by Channel V Taiwan. The boys are excited to see their fans here in Malaysia, and have promised to put up a great show for their fans this June.
Apart from rendering songs featured in their fifth mini album titled Bran New Kiss, which was released in March 2011 and other popular songs from their previous albums; U-Kiss will be getting up-close and personal with their Malaysian fans through a number of activities offered in various ticket packages. Ticket prices are RM 153 (Rock Zone), RM 330 (The Pit), Package480 (limit to 500 tickets) and Package650 (limit to 200 tickets), and will be available for sales at the ticket launch this Saturday at Sungei Wang Level 6 from 11am onwards.
Ticket holders of RM 330 (The Pit) will be getting one poster (showcase edition), participation in the handshake session and stand a chance to play games with U-Kiss on the stage. Both Package480 and Package650 come with a ticket to the showcase worth RM 330, one poster (showcase edition), participation in the handshake session and a chance to play games with U-Kiss on the stage. In addition, Package480 will be getting an exclusive group photo session with U-Kiss members, while Package650 will be getting exclusive individual photo session and dinner session with U-Kiss members.
There will be autographed “Bran New Kiss” CD (Korean Version) to ticket purchasers of RM330, Package480 and Package650. These albums will be given away to the fans by U-Kiss themselves on the actual event day.
