[NEWS] 110210 SS501's Hyungjun Creates Game Team! U-KISS's Kibum Designs Uniform
A famous composer, 'Rado' who has worked with Beast MBLAQ, had presented a logo song gift prior to MBC Game’s 10th Anniversary.
It was said that Kim Hyungjun (SS501, Game team's leader) and 'Rado' are close, and Hyungjun has requested for the song. Both of them worked together to write the lyrics and composed the song. Among the hit tracks that he has worked on were Beast's 'Breathe' and MBLAQ's 'STAY'. He is currently working on Kim Hyungjun’s solo album.
SS501 Hyungjun's younger brother, U-KISS's Kibum, has directly participated in designing the uniform for Hyungjun's game team.
In order to find the right image to represent Hyungjun's team, Hyungjun went to his younger brother Kibum and requested him to design the uniform for his team. The two of them has created a business character together. Kibum who fully equipped with character design skills, jokingly asking his brother for a fee instead of designing the uniform for free, which has made Hyungjun panicked.
This fun logo song and cute uniform can be seen through MBC Game channel on February 11th at 5pm.

[NEWS] 110209 K-pop Music Video Nominees for Philippines' Myx Music Award Awards
The Philippines' #1 music channel, MYX, will be holding their MMA awards this March, and have included a "Favorite K-pop Music Video" category in light of the recent Hallyu wave.
MYX, the top music channel in the Philippines, will hold their annual MYX Music Awards, abbreviated as MMA, this upcoming March 15, 2011.
The awards ceremony will honor artists under categories such as favorite artist, favorite song, etc. The voting began February 7th, and will continue until March 7th, 2011.
Because the Philippines has also been infected with Hallyu fever, a category for "favorite K-POP video" has also been included. The nominees are as follows:
- BONAMANA/Super Junior
- Go Away/2NE1
- Run Devil Run/SNSD
- Bingeul Bingeul/U-KISS
- Beautiful/ BEAST
The above artists are all signed under Universal Records Philippines, and their releases thus far have all ranked #1 in terms of record sales, boasting a large fan base in the country.
Fans can vote for their favorite artists via text or online at MYX's official website, www.myxph.com. Voting is open to all as long as the necessary information is filled out.

[NEWS] 110211 U-KISS’ Eli & Kevin reveal their ideal woman’s traits
On February 11th, U-KISS’ Eli and Kevin attended the press conference for their “Star Date” special with Arirang TV, for which the members go on dates with Hallyu fans in Hong Kong.
The two raised anticipation by commenting,
“The night view in Hong Kong is amazing, and there’s a lot of things to eat. We feel that this will be an opportunity to become closer with our fans.”
The members were then asked to describe their ideal women, to which Eli replied,
“I like tall women with nice personalities. It’s inevitable for physical appearance to be included in describing my ideal woman, but first and foremost, I’d like for her to have an outgoing personality.”Kevin also emphasized a ‘bright personality’, as he added,
“I’d like for her to have an outgoing personality, and she’s someone who smiles often. My ideal woman is someone who can understand my feelings and accepts me for who I am.”
When asked to choose a female celebrity that they’d like to give chocolates to on Valentine’s Day, Eli and Kevin chose Hyun Young and 2NE1’s Dara, respectively.
Their “STAR DATE with U-KISS in Hong Kong” will be broadcast in 188 broadcast networks all over the world through KBS World at a later date.
