[NEWS] 110520 U-Kiss reveals that they know how to put on makeup

While appearing on a recent episode of Fashion N’s “Actress House“, the members of U-Kiss revealed personal information on how idols are styled for the stage.

They revealed, “Male idols are just as good at applying makeup as female idols are. We sometimes even do our own smoky eye makeup.” 

The members then shocked the MCs by drawing their own eyeliner on the spot. Maknae Dongho added, “It gets sore around our eyes when we put on makeup so it stings sometimes.”

At the mention of stars headlining for their airport fashion, Dongho commented,“Before we head overseas, we all go shopping together. We receive the help of stylists even for our airport fashion, so it’s like we’re dressing for the stage.”

Concluding their segment, the boys revealed that although they haven’t had any dating experiences yet, they would like to get into a scandal with a girl group.

Artist, No Gi Tae (2Face), recruited U-Kiss member Dongho for a collaboration digital single titled, “Love Manual.”

[NEWS] 110412 U-Kiss’ Dongho reveals he has three cellphones

On a recent appearance on the radio show SBS “Choi Hwajung Power Time,” Dongho was chosen by his members to be the one who talks on the phone the most. Dongho said, “I talk quite often with my seniors since appearing on a lot of variety shows and TV series.”

During his explanation, Dongho reveals the surprising fact that he is the owner of three cell phones. “I actually have three mobile phones: one for my close friends, one for work-related calls, and one for when I decide that I want to stay low so it’s a phone that even the rest of my group doesn’t know about.”

U-Kiss are currently promoting their latest mini-album “Bran New Kiss” with the title song “0330.”

[NEWS] 110330 U-Kiss releases fifth mini album, "Bran New Kiss"

Back on March 22nd, U-Kiss announced their official comeback through their fancafe, and now their fifth mini-album, "Bran New Kiss", and been unveiled!

Just like how the title indicates, the album aims to mark a new start for the group as they take their first steps with their two new members.

[NEWS] 110306 U-Kiss reveals their new member, ‘Hoon’

Earlier, NH Media declared that U-Kiss would be switching out members for the New Year. After the departures of members Kim Kibum and Alexander late last month, the group’s newest addition has been unveiled today.

Named ‘Hoon’, U-Kiss’ newest member was born in 1991 and is currently a theater major at Dong Guk University. He was selected for his tall height of 180 cm, handsome looks, and impressive vocal talent. Hoon’s interests in music and acting began at a young age, and it’s reported that he underwent rigorous training to cultivate the talents for both a singing and acting career.

Hoon is also a Tae Kwon Do athlete, and briefly made a cameo in SBS’s “Athena” as a bodyguard for the president.

Representatives of NH Media stated, “The new member to take the place of Kim Kibum and Alexander is Hoon. Throughout the times, there’s been a lot of happiness, but we felt there there was a need for a change in the team. After a long discussion, we came to the decision of switching out the members.”

Hoon is the first out of two members who will be joining the group in the upcoming months, as U-Kiss prepares for their activities for both Korea and overseas.

Their comeback album is scheduled to drop mid-March, but until then, fans can anticipate the reveal of the second member, as well as various promotional and UCC teasers.

[NEWS] 110221 U-Kiss' Kevin reveals his group's approaching comeback

On February 21, U-Kiss' Kevin Woo revealed some exciting information about his group. U-Kiss' most recent activities have included the release of "Always" and "Kiss Me" for the "Real School" OST. They have already announced that they are to debut in the United States, with an album release sometime in February.

Before he went to sleep, Kevin updated his Twitter with "We will be making our comeback soon~ so please look foward! ^^* Fighting! Good Night my loves ♥" in English, ending his tweet with a "Good night ★♬☆♪" to Japanese fans.

Upcoming activities for U-Kiss include their showcase in Indonesia.

As you might know, U-Kiss' Dongho and Kiseop are casted in MBC's new sitcom 'Real School'. Now the members of U-Kiss come together to sing 'Always' for the OST of the drama.

The sitcom is about a group of students that have an amusing phobia of 'English'. All of the students have their unique problems and secrets when it comes to studying it. This group is then enrolled in a secret class that is famous for its high success in teaching the subject.
